Shipping Policy

Orders generally ship within 2-4 business days of the order being placed.  We do not ship on weekends or holidays.  Packages are sent via USPS First Class mail or Priority mail.  Shipping costs are estimated at the time of your purchase.  All orders that have a merchandise total of $100 or more, after any coupons or discounts have been applied, will receive free shipping!  We also offer free pickup/delivery to local customers in the Midwest-Central Missouri areas (in general proximity to the Lee's Summit-Holden-Warrensburg-Odessa areas).

Return & Exchange Policy

We know that you will love what you ordered from Wandering Dryad, but if something is defective we will gladly accept the defective merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days of shipping date.  You will be responsible for shipping costs to send the item back to use however.  "Final Sale" items mean the item is not eligible for return or exchange.  Items purchased outside of the U.S. are not eligible for returns due to customs issues.
